Simple Roast Chicken Salad
Ingredients (serves 4-6)
1 red coral lettuce or butter head lettuce
1 medium roast chicken, sliced
1 medium avocado, thinly sliced
Dressing
½ cup (125ml) mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of DELOUIS Tarragon Vinegar or any DELOUIS Wine Vinegars
1/3 cup walnuts, roasted and chopped
Preparations
- Tear lettuce into bit size pieces and arrange onto serving or individual platter.
- Arrange avocado slices and chicken over lettuce randomly
- Mix mayonnaise and vinegar in a separate bowl. Drizzle over salad, garnish with chopped walnuts and serve immediately.
- Serve with warm bread rolls (optional).
