Ingredients for 4
2 tins of creamed duck liver
1 tin of truffle peelings
8 new potatoes
Method
Boil or steam the potaotes. Once they have cooled, cut them in half and make a hollow in the midle of each half. Fill them with the creamed duck liver.
Make up individual dishes with a little green salad for decoration. Sprinkle the potato halves with the truffle peelings.
