Coleslaw
Ingredients (serves 6)
¼ small white cabbage, finely shredded (mix with red cabbage – optional)
2 medium carrots, grated
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 large white onion, finely chopped
Dressing
½ cup (125ml) mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of DELOUIS Champagne Vinegar or any DELOUIS Wine Vinegars
1 teaspoon of REINE de DIJON Dijon Mustard or any other flavors
Preparations
Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl. Toss salad with dressing in a separate large mixing bowl. Coleslaw is ready to be served.
