GREEN OLIVE TAPENADE

Produced in such a way as to bring out a subtle flavour, it is made from a blend of crushed green olives and other traditional tapenade ingredients. The small acidic touch, which comes through in the aftertaste, marries perfectly with dry white wine and also champagne.
