Order And Delivery Policy
General Orders
Delivery within Singapore is free for all items with the minimum order of $50 with exception to deliveries to Sentosa & any of the restricted areas listed in "Charges for Sentosa & Restricted Areas".
When placing your order, please identify the date on which your order is to be delivered. Same-day deliveries are also accepted, but subject to the following delivery schedule:

Additional Delivery Charges
For items below S$50, please note that a delivery charge of S$8.00 will be imposed per destination per delivery date.
Redelivery Charges
For redelivery of orders, a surcharge of $8.00 will be applicable.
Redirection Charges
For redirection of orders, a surcharge of $8.00 will be applicable if the order is on the way for delivery.
In the event that the order is cancelled after delivery has been attempted, the full price will still be payable.
Charges for Sentosa & Restricted Areas
Kindly note that there will be additional delivery surcharges of $10.00 for the following restricted areas. These surcharges are imposed due to the length of time required to gain security clearance into these areas.
1. Sentosa Island
2. Changi Airfreight Centre
3. Jurong Island
4. Jurong Port
5. All PSA Terminal/Wharves
6. Mindef COMCEN
Delivery can only be made between 10am – 1pm for the above restricted areas. Orders are to be made at least 1 working day (before 500pm) before delivery date. I.e. To send to a restricted area between 10am- 1pm on Tuesday, order has to be placed before 500pm on Monday.
Please also note that there will be no delivery to the following areas:
1. Other offshore islands
2. Changi Airport Transit Lounges
3. Paya Lebar Airport Communication Centre
Limitation of Liability:
In any event, and notwithstanding anything contained herein, Saveursdefrance.com’s liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise howsoever, and whatever the cause thereof, arising by reason of or in connection with the sales and purchase order shall be limited to the Purchase Price.
The customer shall not seek from Saveursdefrance.com the loss of profits, contracts, revenue or business; or indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary and/or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the sales and purchase order.
Payment Modes
Cash payment
We accept cash payment upon delivery of your goods. All you need to do is prepare the exact amount payable and acknowledge receipt of goods.
Cheque (for corporate orders only)
This option is only available for corporate orders only.
Cheques should be crossed and made payable to "Saveurs de France Pte Ltd".
Credit Cards
For your shopping convenience, we also accept the following major credit cards for online payment through Pay Pal:

Automatic Teller Machine Transfer or Internet Banking Transfer
Another alternative provided is payment through the Automatic Teller Machines, or via Internet Banking directly into our bank account as below details:

Change of Particulars
Any change of particulars (e.g. recipient's address, … etc.) must be made within 24 hours before delivery. You may like to use our Customer Service Form.
Recipient's address must be correct and to ensure that someone is there to receive the gift or package. In cases of re-delivery, we will charge a fee of $8.00.
Substitution
Saveursdefrance.com reserves the right to substitute any item relating to hampers and seasonal gifts with another of equivalent or higher value depending on stock availability. For example, if Saveursdefrance.com is out of a particular decorative element (such as specific basket) or an item of the hamper is out of stock, we will replace it with an appropriate item of equal or higher value.
Prices are subject to change on festive seasons such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year etc.
Cancellation of Order
We understand your plans may change and orders may need to be cancelled. We would want to be able to accommodate your requests as best as we can.
Please note the following:
Cancellation must be made at least 24 working hours before the requested day of delivery for local orders
For cancellation request received less than the stipulated time, only 50% of the order value is refundable.
In the event the order is delivered, the full purchase amount will apply.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 working days* of receipt of your refund request. Thereafter, a cheque for the refund amount will be mailed to you.
