How can I place my order? You can simply place an order online via our website or fax your order to us, depending on your preference. You can download our fax order form here. What happens after I place an order online? After you have successfully placed your order, you will see a "Thank You"page, together with an order number indicated on it. You will then receive an order confirmation message shortly after you have submitted your order, via email. This is a confirmation that your order has been successfully placed. What happens after I place an order by fax? After you have successfully faxed your order, our customer service officer will get in touch with you shortly (within the next 3 working hours) to re-confirm your order and payment. What happens if I do not receive an order confirmation via email or phone call? You can either contact us via email at custsvc@saveursdefrance.com or by fax: 65-6848 2595 or by phone: 65-6848 8069 during our operating hours to ensure that your order is being processed. You may also like to check your bulk / junk mail folder to ensure that the confirmation is not being auto-filtered as junk mail. |

Can I change my delivery address? Yes, this is possible as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to be delivered. If your order is already on its way to be delivered, there will be a delivery surcharge of S$8.00 for re-delivering to the new destination at the next available delivery timing. Can I cancel an order? Yes, you may cancel your order but your request has to be made at least 24 working hours before the requested day of delivery. Can I request a specific time or an hourly range for my order to be delivered? At the moment, we are unable to accept such requests due to the complexity of scheduling such deliveries, but we will do our best to accommodate where possible. What are your delivery charges? What payment methods are accepted if I order online? We try our best to provide as much convenience as possible to our valued customers. We accept cash, cheque (for corporate orders only), online credit card payment by VISA, Mastercard or American Express via Paypal, ATM Funds Transfer or Internet Funds Transfer. |
